Smart Car Star Roof Aroma Diffuser with LED Ambient Light

The star projection is genuinely cool and the LED color cycling is fun for passengers. Installed it in my Tacoma cup holder mount, setup was easy via the app. However, the aroma output is weaker than expected — even on max setting the scent fades after about 20 minutes unless I reapply oil constantly. Also the fan has a slight high-pitched whine at lower speeds that bugs me on quiet backroad drives. Decent novelty item, but the diffuser function needs work.

Bought this for my Polo Vivo and took it on a long road trip through the Karoo — absolutely transformed night drives. The star pattern stays crisp even on dirt roads and the laser doesn't blur. Used eucalyptus oil and the scent filled the cabin within minutes without being overpowering. Build feels solid, not cheap plastic. Only wish the USB cable was slightly longer for my specific mounting spot, but a velcro strap sorted it out.

Fitted this in my Focus ST last month and the star projection is genuinely stunning on the headliner at night — looks like a proper planetarium. The aroma diffuser isn't a gimmick either; running a few drops of lavender oil on setting three actually makes my 40-minute motorway commute feel calmer. USB-C cable is decent quality too. Minor niggle is the star pattern only really pops in pitch black, so it feels wasted during winter twilight drives home from work.
